lack of soundproofing missing vouchers
the location was decent , though not really good. i found the lack of soundproofing between rooms quite bothersome , i could clearly hear conversations next door. the absence of a coffee maker in the room was a real inconvenience , i had to request one. also , the parking situation was a bit of a hassle , the vouchers weren't provided at check-in with confusion. i think better communication and room amenities would greatly improve the experience.

convenient location large bathroom
The location is convenient, very close to Grand Central station. It made getting around easy with quick access to trains. The room had a large bathroom with a gorgeous Park Avenue flair!!!

cramped bathroom unhelpful staff
The bathroom felt really cramped AND cold. the staff WASN'T very helpful with our requests. They really didn't even try. the service SHOULD be better for the price. it's just like, hello?

convenient location friendly staff unexpected fee resort fee no waters
The location was great. It was close to Grand Central Terminus. This made walking to meeting venues very convenient and it was also great for meeting people for lunches or dinners. The staff are friendly.
The hotel charged a fee after checking out. I was told i was all set and never informed about it. I contacted the hotel once i saw the fee on my credit card. I was told the resort fee was for waters in the room. i never had any waters in the room.
